Last summer a Herefordshire farm made the national news when it covered hundreds of acres of farmland with plastic tunnels and brought in a thousand Ukrainians to work in them. The ensuing battles between the strawberry producers, council planners and public opinion exposed issues that everyone should know about.

Strawberry Fields is Pentabus Theatre's response to these events - and it's nothing like you've seen before. This is a new kind of theatre where actors deliver the recorded words of people whose lives are most affected - exactly as they were spoken. It's a dramatic documentary that is revealing and funny, moving and deadly serious.
