Details

Play :: It is polling day in 1945 at Lister Castle and a criss-cross of political attitudes leads to hilarity and mayhem. With the Earl's family and household at odds with one another, the family tradition of voting Conservative flying out the window, and the arrival of the Earl's son's glamorous young American fiancée, disaster is only narrowly averted when the butler, Beecham, takes a hand. After all..his master has many important concerns of his own..including how he is to keep rabbits off his cabbage patch.
