When an ex-mining village in Nottinghamshire chooses Lord Byron as the hero for their lottery-funded tourist video, they get more than they bargained for. Tinsel Town moves to Eastead when a Hollywood film producer stumbles across the film on Terry's website, and Kevin Costner is tipped to replace fork-lift truckdriver Darren in the starring role. The community is turned upside-down as the village fights to keep its identity and avoid Hollywood style make-over.
