El Avaro
The theatre of objects takes a different look at the world that surrounds us. It is an invitation to perceive in each object the traces of the humanity that has engendered it. It is this human dimension of the objects that the performance reveals. In this adaptation of Moliere’s The Miser it is no longer money that is coveted, but water. The protagonists of this visionary comedy are taps, pipes and hoses. Two actors manipulate these objects in sight of the public and give life to twelve characters, offering an atypical and amusing version of this great classic. This performance is part of the Norwich International Celebration of Puppet Theatre - marking the 25th anniversary of Norwich Puppet Theatre. In Spanish
