As he tries to unravel events around his friend's death, Martins is sucked into a world of corruption where racketeers play god as they traffic in essential drugs and medical supplies. Martins follows a macabre trail of intrigue, violence, and murder relentlessly pursuing the shadowy presence of 'the third man'.
