The Wintershall Life of Christ
T0
The Wintershall Life of Christ is an annual presentation of the Biblical tale of Jesus which takes place in the grounds of Wintershall House in Surrey. Across 1,000 acres, lakes are transformed into the river Jordan and Sea of Galilee and ancient tombs rise up from the earth. A 270-strong cast immerse themselves completely in their roles for a week. In a five-and-a-half hour show complete with sheep, horses, donkeys and camels, they powerfully convey all the vibrancy, joy, conflict and tragedy of Christ's life and times on a genuinely epic scale.
