Less than 300 metres separate a landing Boeing 727 jet aircraft and the home and workplace of political cartoonist William Bewick. Taunted to take some 'real action', he sets up a flamboyant, although rather footling, protest campaign. But with the help of his son Nick, Bew 'accidentally' takes hostage of the Very Pompous Personage Lord Nobby. And now there is an uproar louder than any plane.
