This one-man show follows Derek Hodges alias the Thunderbolt Kid, who at 55 is coming to the end of his career as a professional Snooker player. He arrives at the World Championships as a complete outsider and as he prepares for his opening match he confides his fears and tribulations that have lead to this one last attempt at greatness.
