VGFY moves non linearly through the eyes of Adeline - the young girl who shared 3 meals a day with Vincent - to the prostitute Sien, whose pregnancy and life was saved by Vincent. Then there is Paul Gauguin painting a picture of Vincent that sent their relationship into turmoil; Theo the loving brother and of course the woman responsible for saving the legacy of Vincent's paintings and letters.
