Master puppeteers Dadi Pudumjee and Pura Bhatt create a performance with Anurupa Roy and IP Singh blending traditional Rajasthani marionettes with contemporary puppets styled by Dadi. In conversation is a series of vignettes which capture the spirit of India in its traditional form, as well as reflecting on India today - contemporary and breaking new ground. Visual poems, stories and music converse with macabre, strange and humorous images, Puppets, masks and Rajasthani marionettes take us through a journey of conversations between the performers, the past and present, body, soul and mind, and between you and me.
