The evening features Nori s brand new piece The Legend of Forest, based on an ancient Japanese legend, and a selection of short works including Lady Macbeth, a sequel to his renowned adaptation of Macbeth. Inspired by an ancient Japanese legend, The Legend of Forest tells the story of a deeply wounded soldier trying to escape his enemies on the battlefield. He lies down in the forest and falls unconscious, hovering between life and death. A white woman appears and lures him from the place where he is lying ...
