Over Hill and Dale is the heart-warming and hilarious sequel to Gervase Phinn's bestseller, The Other Side of the Dale, which he recently read on BBC Radio 4. Teacher, school inspector and then Principal Advisor for the county of North Yorkshire, he is now an accomplished writer and public speaker. He answers questions and shares some of the stories from these two memoirs about his career which involved everything from infant schools in the heart of the Dales to inner city comprehensives. Afterwards he signs copies of his books.
