Bolshoi: Raymonda
Founded in 1898, Raymonda is a masterpiece embodying a key period in classical ballet. It tells the tale of a French noblewoman betrothed to a Crusader Knight, and her attempted abduction by a spurned Saracen. The ballet ends with the famous Hungarian dance in honour of the King.
