As sea-levels rise, Smith island, in Chesapeake Bay, U.S.A is set to disappear beneath the waves. First settled by Welsh and Cornish colonisers in the seventeenth century it's now an island out of time. BBC Wales' arts and media correspondent Jon Gower launches his latest book and discusses with novelist James Hawes, a place where people speak backwards and blue crabs reign supreme.
