Explorer Benedict Allen (well known for his televised explorations and series of books, including 'Skeleton Coast' and 'Ice Dogs', gives a revealing insight into his life as Britain's most famous solo adventurer, in particular his recent one-thousand mile trek with dogs through Siberia in the worst winter in living memory.
