Stephen Wicks and Mark Welford were principal dancers with both Sadler's Wells and the Royal Ballet. When they hung up their shoes they retrained in Floral Display. Before long they had reached the pinnacle of their new careers and their Covent Garden shop Bloomsbury is considered to be at the cutting edge of floral design.
