Dr David Starkey, a well known historian and academic, will speak on the life of Elizabeth I. He recently wrote and presented the Channel Four series on both Henry VIII and Elizabeth I, and has gained a reputation as one of our leading constitutional historians. He is equally well known for his wit and can 'strike terror into the hearts of witnesses on the BBC Radio Four's Moral Maze'.
