Hardeep Singh Kohli explores his Indian heritage by way of Scottish cooking in Indian Takeaway, a very personal journey which he shares at this event. Indian Takeaway is the hilarious story of his attempts to cook his way round the country, dishing up treacle pudding and cock-a-leekie soup to Bollywood film crews and Goan fishermen.
