This landmark conference, whose underlying philosophy is the 'inclusive definition of culture' will review a decade of cultural development in the Highlands and Islands and set agendas for future generations. The conference will be used as part of the foundation for the Highland bid for the European Capital of Culture 2008. As part of the conference there will be a public debate: Whose Culture is it Anyway? - National Agencies on the Spot. Chaired by broadcaster and writer Lesley Riddoch.
