Nick Middleton is a geographer, writer and presenter of television documentaries. He teaches physical geography at Oxford University and is a Fellow of St Anne’s College. He has written more than 200 articles and sixteen previous books including Desert Dust in the Global System (2006) and The Global Casino: An Introduction to Environmental Issues (2008).
