On the eve of his live appearance at the Queen Elizabeth Hall as part of London Jazz Festival, the ICA is proud to present French-Algerian maestro Rashid Taha in an informal interview with Times journalist Nigel Williamson. Taha will illustrate and illuminate his influences and show why he is one of the most exciting stars in world music, mixing punk, rai, anti-racist lyrics, Arabic percussion and dance beats.
