A Good Life

The legendary actor Richard Briers drops in to reminisce with us on what it’s like being the quintessential situation comedy husband: first as newlywed George Starling with Prunella Scales in Marriage Lines, then as the self-sufficient Tom Good with Felicity Kendal in The Good Life, the obsessive Martin Bryce with Penelope Wilton in Ever Decreasing Circles and most recently as the cantankerous Hector MacDonald with Susan Hampshire in Monarch of The Glen. Come and have a spot of fun and perhaps put a question yourself direct to the man who, having delighted theatre, film, radio and TV audiences for decades, is not only loved by them, but also roundly acknowledged by his own peers as one of the outstanding actors of his generation. All proceeds will be donated to The Actors Benevolent Fund.
