How do writers turn ideas into words? How do directors turn words into plays? Can it be done against the clock? Writer Louise Page and director Caroline Sharman embark on a big adventure to find out. Over two weeks Page will become a 'writer-in-evidence', working alongside people with physical and learning disabilities at special schools and day centres across Leicester. After collecting their tales of journey and adventure - lived or dreamed - she has a week to turn the words and ideas into a play which, under Sherman's direction, will be performed live on stage by professional actors at Phoenix Arts.
