Slough Musical Theatre Company

Slough Musical Theatre Company has been Performing at least 2 shows a year since 1952. We perform a wide variaty of musicals from the classic Rogers and Hammerstein to latest amatuer releases, like our present production of "Jesus Christ superstar" (July 2003) to be performed at the Farror Theatre, eton College at the end of July. We are a diverse and welcoming society with an age range of 14 - 76. We welcome anyone interested in treading the boards or if that is not your thing but would like to be part of a production, we are always looking for people to help with backstage, front of house, making costumes or looking after props. We also have a wide variety of company social events, with trips to other local productions, quiz nights, BBQ's, car treasure hunts to name but a few. The company rehearses at 2 venues in slough, The Haymill, Burnham on Mondays and The Rotunda, Northampton Avenue, Slough on Wednesdays. We meet from 7.30 - 10pm, with a well earned visit to a local pub afterwards. If you would like to know more about the society, then please don't hesitate to contact us.
