Tim Pigott-Smith dies aged 70.

Tim Pigott-Smith O.B.E., famous for roles from Jewel in the Crown to Downton Abbey, has died aged 70. He was to have appeared in a tour of "Death of a Salesman" with his wife Pamela Miles who had recently withdrawn due to breaking a bone during rehearsals. The future of the tour, which was to have started this weekend, is unknown.

21st April: Tour to continue with Nicholas Woodeson taking the lead role.
