Something Better - T1865856030

This is a show about optimism and hopefulness and about looking for people and things to look up to. It's about wanting more from life than it might be up for giving out. It's about struggling with realising what you are, who you are and what you can't change about yourself, and about really feeling like an outsider for the first time.

Be Honourable - T01556404221

After taking her successful Edinburgh sell out show ‘All of the Planet’s Wonders’ on tour, Josie is back with a delightful new, work-in-progress show Be Honourable. Josie Long is unashamedly idealistic but totally confused as to how to try and change the world. This is a show about how what you do each day matters. It's also about talking to strangers, grassroots political activism and finding modern heroes. It also quite prominently features a sort-of lecture about a man who takes photographs of his breakfast each morning. There will be all kinds of silly things. Are you up for that? Of course you are, you're a cool looking bunch of dudes, come along!Producer Maverick.

All the Planet's Wonders - T0836023040

All of the Planet's Wonders (Shown in Detail) is a show about bizarre private collections and about making sense of the world. It's inspired by the Pitt Rivers museum, which is an overcrowded, seemingly ramshackle collection of objects that have been painstakingly arranged and rigorously hand-categorised. It's a show about curiosity and enthusiasm. Josie always hated science at school, but in this show she sets out to reconnect with science and nature, which at the very least should make her unbeatable at trivial pursuit. It aims to be a silly comedy show so full of wonder and passion for the tiny and the immense that afterwards you'll want to get a magnifying glass and a telescope but use them at separate times. 2008 Edinburgh Festival Sell-Out Show.
