'Hollie Kringle' is a young, hardworking investigative journalist for 'The Scoop' newspaper in downtown New York. Hollie must find the next big festive exclusive or she is out. Hollie receives a letter from a secret organisation; 'The Ministry of Mistletoe - requesting her sleuthing skills for a top-secret mission - Santa Claus has been kidnapped! The 'MoM' believes it to be the work of dastardly duo Jack and Jill Frost who believe that only the naughtiest of children should be rewarded and that Santa's jolly days need to be put on ice, permanently. So Hollie must follow the clues, meet an array of colourful characters and find a way to fly to the rescue and save Christmas.
