CORONAVIRUS:All UK venues closed on 16th March 2020 and look like staying closed until March 2021 with the exception of a few, patchy, openings (and subsequent closures) towards the end of 2020. Some open-air, drive-in venues have been opened for periods and many shows are now streaming on-line. Sadly, some venues and shows may not survive. About the Show/Event
Information for Xerse at Cockpit Theatre, Inner London (Opera or Operetta). Minato's plot outline is loosely based on Book 7 of Herodotus's Histories. The opera, consisting of a prologue and three acts, was first performed at Venice on the 12 January 1654, at the Teatro SS Giovanni e Paolo. Performed in Italian with English Surtitles.
