Throwdown is an energetic in-your-face encounter, bursting with the individual style and personality of 20 young circus artists and hip hop dancers. Switch up the worlds of hip hop, contemporary circus and live music in this brand new show for an up close audience. The Roundhouse Street Circus Collective brings together bold young circus artists and street dancers aged 16-25 with a drive to train, collaborate, produce and present their own work. Music will be produced and performed by 16-25 year-olds from the Roundhouse Music Programme. Directed by Simple Cypher ? a new company built through the foundations of hip hop and circus.
