Isaac Came Home from the Mountain

Isaac Came Home from the MountainT01784004084
Nothing's ever been Bobby's fault. But now it's time to take some responsibility. He needs a job - and a bit of self-respect. The question is, what can he offer - a misfit lad like him? Maybe if he works hard, someone might see some promise. And if he's loyal, they'll take him under their wing; Or maybe it'll take a bigger sacrifice - And he'll give up all he has to prove he's worth something. Isaac Came Home From The Mountain is about searching for a future in the dying heart of England. It's about boys wrestling with the difference between love and violence, and the fires lit by their fathers' catastrophes. And it's about all the ways we harm ourselves because we think it makes us men.
