Whilst I appreciate that Adam was highlighting the plight and reality of the Juniour Doctor and the decisions that they make that can often have a poor outcome, I felt that after relating the story 300 times on stage that the emotional reaction was inappropriate. If indeed his emotional state was genuine, then this is not at all healthy or advised for his wellbeing
