Details

Julie is turning 13 and wants to join the FBI, there's a boy who's been accused of wreaking a railway line - she's sure he's innocent but maybe she's just falling in love. Meanwhile the boy is in hiding and has just met a tramp who claims to be from 12th Century China where he was writing the book of the future but had a little accident.
