I get up on a Saturday and I get on the phone. We all decide where to meet. We all decide what to wear. I get up, I have a row with Ma, I don't bother with breakfast, I select my clothes, I put on my clothes, I apply the blusher and stuff, I do my hair. I go out. I m out. I m heading for the town. I m heading for the town and it s a lovely day. Linda and her pals are logo-mad, but she's not able to afford the latest brands. When her fortunes change dramatically, she looks forward to being the queen of the town, the top trend-setter. But Tanya knows Linda s secret and - in the course of one crisis-ridden evening - Linda's expectations are shattered. This large-cast play, performed by Live Youth Theatre, brings to life the tribal loyalties, rivalries and love-muddles of a group of young women and men in today's logo-branded world. Caught up in a roller-coaster of events, their dreams, desires, ambitions and fears are exposed and challenged.
