Between 1995 and 2002 four young soldiers were found dead in the Princess Royal Barracks at Deepcut in Surrey. Despite dying in conspicuously suspicious circumstances, the families involved are still waiting for a public inquiry. Whether the deaths were suicide, manslaughter or murder, the investigations were perfunctory and botched.
