Just Relax explores the minds and lives of people with Anxiety. Anxiety is in all of us, just some of us have a higher dosage of it. Some cope well, some cope less well, some just cant understand it at all. Throughout the play we take a look into real peoples experiences, the dark days, the not so dark days and the baring all days.
