Wessex Dance Academy uses intensive professional contemporary dance training to transform the lives of our most vulnerable young people. Wessex Dance Academy proudly presents The Performance, a brand new piece of choreography developed especially for our new cohort of young people. The Performance is the culmination of just three weeks of hard work by a new company of dancers from the Wessex dance Academy and it promises to be another moving evening of dance by some of our most vulnerable young people from Hampshire Youth Offending Team. If you have not witnessed the creativity and fearlessness of these young people, then do not miss The Performance. The journey and the achievement of these exciting young performers shine through as they take to the stage. The evening will also include a special performance by the Wessex Boys, our performance company made up of young men who have been through the Academy and are now dancing full time at college.
