The story of frustrated young (illegally young in modern terms) love and death and the vendetta between two families in a tight-knit Italian community. One of Shakespeare's most popular and enduring dramas it has also been re-done as film, ballet, musical (most notably "West Side Story") and ice spectacular! Lesbian theatre group Tallulah Theatre round the festival off in style with a preview performance of the first act of the incredible all female version of the Shakespeare classic Romeo & Juliet. Tallulah return to The Brewhouse following their debut at the festival last year. Promising to bring something even more moving; this mix of community members and professional performers really do prove that when it comes to Shakespeare's classics it is all girls, all good.
