Three writers from the north east and three writers from London have been challenged to write a play inspired by a song. The only rules: the song must be by an artist from their region, and the play must be no longer in running time than the song by which it was inspired. PLAYlist has enjoyed a string of sell-out shows at Theatre503 and the Latitude festival so we're thrilled to bring a brand new edition of this bite-sized music-inspired event to Live. Featuring new work by Joe Harbot (The Boy On The Swing), Laura Lindow (Sawdust and Stardust) and Tracy Whitwell (Paines' Plough's Come To Where I'm From) and followed by live music by artists from around the region, PLAYlist is set to kick off Fuses in style.
