Stampede - set to the exotic Moorish-influenced sounds of Italian mediaeval music. These powerful dance pieces, are arranged and played live by the Dufay Collective. Rumours, Visions - The music is Benjamin Britten's Les Illuminations, the subject the intense love life and nightmarish hallucinations of the poet/genius Arthur Rimbaud. Stampede has been commissioned with support from Dance Umbrella, London.
