Rich Hall archivePerrier Award Winner. A grouchy, deadpan, comic genius. A master of absurdist irony while eschewing the human condition, he particularly likes to lay into Americans and life across the pond at every opportunity. Adults only Recently, Otis has been inspired to pen many new songs including, Women Call It Stalking (I call it selective walking) and They Fought The Lawn (and the Lawn Won) a song about all the great singers who died in gardening accidents. Otis will perform with his band The Black Liars.
