Phil qualified as a doctor in 1987 and still works as a part-time GP. Having formed 'Struck off and Die' with Tony Gardner in 1990, they have enjoyed sell-out seasons at the Edinburgh Festival and their Sony Award winning BBC Radio show ran for two series. Learn how to sing your symptoms, sniff a thermometer, diagnose your doctor, arm wrestle for drugs, get passed the bearded receptionist and get out of the NHS alive ? all through Dr Phil's highly subversive guerrilla tactics, some of which may be counter-productive. But at least they're not boring.
