The Royal Albert Hall will resound to 10,000 organ pipes in glorious harmony in a magnificent evening celebrating the power and majesty of the king of instruments. Soloists John Birch and Stephen Disley will be joined by dazzling soprano Camilla Roberts and the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra to perform a wonderful programme which includes Walton's Crown Imperial, Bach's Toccata & Fugue and Saint-Saens' Organ Symphony. The Organ Gala has become a perennial favourite at the Royal Albert Hall and will be making its first appearance at Birmingham's Symphony Hall, also on Saturday 28 June, when soloist and presenter Philip Scriven will perform Widor's Toccata, Albinoni's Adagio and of course Saint-Saens' Organ Symphony under the baton of Adrian Partington and accompanied by the London Concert Orchestra.
