Details
Life in the sleepy Oxfordshire village of Dibley is turned upside down when the ancient Rev Pootle dies and the diocese sends a chocolate-loving female vicar, Geraldine Granger, as his replacement. The arrival of 'the babe with a bob cut and a magnificent bosom', who has a decidedly irreverent attitude to religion, is met by a mixture of wonder, shock and horror from the eccentric characters that make up the parish council. Relive Geraldine's arrival and her attempts to improve the village and community life. Meet again the many oddball inhabitants of the quiet village of Dibley, including the pompous David Horton and his son Hugo, the dippy verger Alice Tinker, foul-mouthed Owen, pioneering cook Letitia, the world's most boring man, Frank, and, of course, "No, no, no, yes", Jim. Be sure to book your tickets early for an evening of fun and laughter with the vicar and Dibley's wonderful array of characters.
