Adzido is a British dance-theatre company rooted in African dance and music, and seen as one of the most exhilarating dance companies around today. Footsteps of Africa starts with its roots in traditional celebratory dances from across Africa. Director Zenzi Mbuli has developed this into a new way of expressing contemporary African rhythmic and percussive dance, producing a visually and musically stunning performance.
