While with Focus, Jan was voted Melody Makers' 'World's Greatest Guitarist' in 1973 - beating Eric Clapton! Always at the forefront of modern guitar technology Jan remains a premier virtuoso guitarist today. The legendary Dutch guitarist is touring again. An influential Melody Maker poll put Jan ahead of Eric Clapton and he remains one of the few performers of his generation who can really excite a live audience. Jan celebrates his first major UK gig for over a decade. He is now touring with 3 of Holland's top musicians.
