Details
This mini Odissi festival takes inspiration from the famous annual Konarak festival in Orissa. It is the first time that such an event takes place in the UK, where Odissi dancers of different styles and gurus take part. It represents the dance and its exponents as it exists in the UK today, and hopefully will stimulate greater awareness of this beautiful dance form.
