Dr Faustus archiveDriven by an insatiable thirst for knowledge and unlimited power, Dr Faustus makes a pact with the devil and in turn relinquishes his soul. As a young man, Faustus makes a pact with the devil to sell his soul after death, in exchange for wealth and power in life. He travels the world in triumph. But as the clock keeps ticking, he starts to wonder how long he has left ... This raw, passionate, highly comedic and engaging production uses two explosive actors to expose the theatrical bones of the piece, going straight to the heart of Marlowe's classic text. The production has been designed specifically for schools and is suitable for students in year 8 upwards, but booking is open to everyone.
