His Holiness the Dalai Lama will visit the UK this June for a series of talks, Buddhist teachings and other engagements. As part of this visit, the Dalai Lama will give a talk at the Royal Albert Hall during which he will examine the relationship between heart and mind and how best to develop an open heart. The talk will be followed by a Q&A session. The afternoon's programme will conclude with a performance of Tibetan songs and dances.
