Too much testosterone in government and in the home has resulted in pointless wars, too many families bereaved, too many wounded forced to beg, spiralling taxes and a widening divide between rich and poor. By a stealthy coup d'etat, the government is put firmly in the hands of the women. Equality, the sharing of wealth and possessions, is the objective, and now sexually free there is the promise of ?pleasure for all'. Elizabeth Morgan's new play is loosely based on a comedy by Aristophanes. This script-in-hand performance will be followed by an open discussion on the possible advantages of having women in control.
