Musical philanthropists Sue Ryder and Dr Bernardo host an evening of strange, unexpected delights exploring discarded and forgotten gems found over the years in the crates and cardboard boxes of charity shops. Drawing from their wide and eclectic variety of genres the Doctor and Sue are on a mission to preserve and propagate music and cover art that might otherwise be lost to time and taste. On their restorative wheels of steel this month they will breath life into a former vinyl predilection for all noises animal. Johnny Stewart will give instruction on how to call and kill Varmint, the man with the lark in his larynx Fred Lowery will whistle your most beloved gospel songs and opportunity will abound for people to get their tongues around their favourite tunes in Whistling Karaoke. On request of Mrs Whitehouse ‘Beaver Growling’ has been stricken from the record.
